I don’t really have feelings until 2 am and then i get sad about everything

That’s when I know I should sleep. Good night!

"Let yourself go. Shake off inhibition and fear, and be yourself. Learn to think and act naturally, spontaneously; harmony and symmetry will enter your life, and you will discover your inherent talent. Thus he discovers his talent. It may be in the arts, the sciences, business, war, or politics; but wherever he finds his niche, he will fit into it as a hand in a skintight glove, as if he and it were made for each other, and he will perform his work in such a manner as to be completely indistinguishable from it."

She was actually not part of the US Navy, as mentioned in the bottom edit of the article, but that woman is fucking badass.

Jason’s Game 3D Production class is probably the easiest to pass this semester since he’s pretty laid back compared to the others, but ironically enough, it’s the class I try the hardest in. These are his rules he reminds us from time to time:
1. Have fun 2. Make cool stuff 3. Break things
How awesome is this guy? What would be even more amazing is seeing my Spring Show submission in the hallway with his name and his class on there because GAM 105 is the most basic 3D class for Game Design. GAM 100-104 don’t exist. This guy taught a first-year with no prior experience with digital painting or 3D modeling to make cool stuff. He deserves the recognition.
And yes, that is his picture, haha!

I’m going to admit that one of reasons I decided to submit a piece to the Spring Show was not only to have people from the actual game industry know what a first year student like myself is capable of, but it was also to receive the praise of one of my instructors and others. That velociraptor model was only my second experimentation with ZBrush.

And it was also because I would be allowed to stay in Bluxome for a few extra days for free after the move-out date.

Heh.

IT IS DONE. About 27 hours worth of hard work and I’m patting myself on the fucking back. Whew. #zbrush #3dmodeling #school
6-hour progress tonight. Finished product by tomorrow. Stay tuned! #zbrush #3dmodeling #school
